
Police are hunting for a man who was seen standing near the side of a busy UK road, "with his trousers down by his ankles" and "indecently exposing himself" to passing traffic.
At around 9.30am on Thursday (18/12), a man was seen standing on the side of Deer Park Road in Witney, West Oxfordshire, towards the Curbridge Road roundabout just past the Ralegh Crescent turning with his trousers down by his ankles, Thames Valley Police said.
The offender is described as a white man, aged in his mid to late 30s with fair short hair and unshaven with an average build, the force also added.
Investigating officer PC Thomas Davys said: “This incident has occurred in the morning on a busy stretch of road.
“I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this individual to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
“If you were driving in the area and have dash-cam, I would ask you to please check this and contact us if it has captured the incident.”
