Shopify is down amid a reported Cloudflare outage, users say, as customers say they are having issues with logins. The Doiwndetector website showed a peak of just under 3,000 user reports at 2.18pm UK time.
Many users have taken to the website to leave comments about issues they are experiencing. One wrote: Getting all sorts of error messages about permissions, etc, then now just a bunch of 500 errors for any store I try to log in to." A second said: "Can login but can't navigate to a Product page. I just keep getting a '500' error." A third added: "Major outage - all stores down (Shopify partner here)." Anotjher person wrote on the Downdetector website: "Possibly another Cloudflare issue?"
